Best Private Apartment

I Like the interiors and the view over looking the Kerinchi Link. I Like how private and quite it is during the day & night. The weather together with everything is just perfect :D

I'm not sure why but my toilet has this pungent fishy smell. Aside from that, everything was okay.

The management should take more responsibility and alert for the fast payment

The location, easy parking

I have book the room and made early payment but end up, one of the staff is not alert and didn't say sorry at all. However, the staff name Nurul (the freehair customer service) is so helpful and manage to solve the problem.

Free laundry service.

Free laundry service. Helpful and flexible staff. Calm area. Nice pool. Many flowers and plants in the garden.

Have to clean the used dishes, cutleries. Didnt like the sign about it. Kitchen and bathroom partly equipped. No hand towels, no soap, less cutleries. Doors dont lock well.

If i travel again to that area i will look for this property to rent out, it's a keeper!

Very cosy, very homey, excellent, i felt right at home. The apartment was quite spacious and comfortable.

Very few cuttleries, and plates, and mugs, but that would be easy to fix.

Hand towels, basic pantry supplies like coffee, tea, would add another level of comfort and thoughtfulness to the stay. Proper knives to be provided. We only had a chopper in our apartment. Water should also be provided to guest on a daily basis as rooms are cleaned on alternate days.

The reception was the worst we have ever seen.

The reception was the worst we have ever seen. First the lady explained us we have already checked in???, and showed us under our reservation a person has check in under our reservation code, 2nd after explaining it cannot be, we received our room number and the room keys. As we went to the room and open the door there was somebody INSIDE having all the belongings including valuables visible in the room!!!! We left without touching anything and went to the reception again. 3rd the receptionist didn't apologize but gave us another room key. This room was way lower standard as we book after we checked out the room itself. 4th we went back to the reception and complained the room standard is much lower than we booked and paid with our credit card in advance. Finally, we received the 3rd set of new room keys which we stayed for 1 night. Conclusion: a reception can NEVER issue a set of keys for a room where a person has already checked in!!!!!!!!!!!

The picture of this hotel on the website has quite a huge difference from the actual unit. The actual unit was rather old and plain, and just doesn't worth the money paid. Albeit clean and tidy.

NOT WORTH IT

the room deposit cost MYR300 for non smoking room. my friends smoke cigar outside the room (at the balcony) still need to pay for the fine. They burned our room deposit & need to add MYR50 more. They said that it doesnt smells like normal cigaratte and there is only small ashes on the floor. Grand total we need to pay for the fine+room is MYR750. NOT WORTH IT.

It is located in Bangsar with very easy access to various districts in Kuala Lumpur. It is more quite than downtown area at night but a lot of food and shopping options in close proximity.

A bit of construction so somewhat dusty. The room looks a bit dated and weathered and the sheets needed to be changed when we went into the room.

Not as modern as the pictures indicate.

We stayed at Nomad for 2 weeks until we found a more permanent base. We were allocated a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of block c which overlooked the back of the building, however, it was quiet and it had lovely views of the city which we took in from the spacious balcony. The washer/dryer is on the balcony too. The apartment is tired and the furnishings are old but I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the housekeeping came in every other day and kept the place spotless. When we arrived, there was a distinct smell but i bought some spray and kept whatever it was at bay. The staff were friendly and always had a smile. A nice, tired place but exceptionally clean.

The pool area was OK but they had no sunbeds, a bit of a no no for me, I like to laze in the sun! My one gripe and to me it was a major disappointment was the bed, OMG it was the hardest bed I have ever slept in and made my stay quite uncomfortable, I used the quilts from the other room to give me padding!

My family & I wont return to stay in this apartment again even though is near Bangsar area

No F&B in this serviced apartment. We had to take taxi/uber/grab to buy food.

1) Air con compressors were terribly noisy when air cons were on 2) No bar soap - how much would it cost for them to provide? 3) Apartment is old and not maintained well.....wooden floor scratched, electrical plugs fell off ceiling fans are not cleaned, hanging lights bulbs went off & hotel technician came but dunno know how to repair them 4) Not enough bath liquid in common bathroom (son was not using the master bedroom bathroom 5) Apartment given to us was near the road and noises from the road were coming into 2 rooms 6) we checked out 1 night before and went to another hotel to stay. 7) Counter staff was kind to refund the last night stay

Comfortable and accessible for our needs during the stay

Nomad residence was an ideal base for visiting family in the Bangsar area. It is ideally suited for short term contract workers, families and visitors on business. The apartments are spacious with amenities that you would not find in a hotel room. You can bring food back, wash and dry your clothes. The space allows for you to go into a separate area without disturbing anyone when recovering from jet lag.

Only little bugs, like the sliding wardrobe door did not close leaving the internal light on. Not enough soap in the bathroom. But these were only minor things

Love the space, hate the old-school way of processing check-in and check-out.

The location is great for those with business or social affairs in Bangsar, as that's off the KL city centre or central business district area. The property is spacious as expected since it's an apartment. However, despite the recent renovation it is still rather run down, with paint chipping and musty smell.

The check-out was rather long, as the person in charge wasn't at the desk and had to do a lot of paperwork to return the deposit. Made me feel like I was in the 70's or 80's where people still use paper documentation as proof of payments. Everything has to be written down instead of just punch in, into a computer; hence the slowness.

Very nice, would come back again.

Large apartment and well presented throughout.

There was only 1 wine glass in a apartment that sleeps 4. The TV didnt have many working channels and they didnt give an instruction manual.
